Updated discounted fees for the virtual conference can be found below.  If you previously registered for the face to face meeting, you should have received an email from us regarding your registration.  If not, please email us on wdsc@in-conference.org.uk

Virtual Early Registration Fees – on or before 23rd July 2021 (all fees inclusive of VAT @ 20%)

Early Day Registration £270.00

Virtual Regular Registration Fees – on or after 23rd July 2021 (all fees inclusive of VAT @ 20%)
Regular IBD Member £675.00
Regular Non Member £765.00
Regular Student Member £270.00
Regular Day Registration £300.00

The registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • On demand conference content for 3 months following the conference

The day registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions on chosen day
  • On demand conference content for the day of attendance at the conference
 

Early Registration Fees

Please note: early registration fees are only available for those who register and make full payment before the early registration deadline.  If you register and do not make payment by the early registration deadline you will be invoiced for the late registration fee.

Member Registration Fees

Please note that only IBD members with up to date subscriptions are eligible to benefit from the member registration fees.  Please contact the society directly with any queries about your membership subscription: customer.support@ibd.org.uk

Non-members may click here to join before registering to take advantage of the reduced member rate.

Student Member Fees

To register as a student you must be a full time under- or post-graduation student and an IBD member.  We may request further proof of your student status.

 

Payment of Registration Fees

Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering.  Cards accepted are Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express, Visa Purchasing or Maestro.

You will not gain access to the virtual conference  unless full payment has been received.  On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers.  If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing wdsc@in-conference.org.uk

Cancellation

Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers to wdsc@in-conference.org.uk

  • Cancellations made on or before 23rd August 2021  will be refunded less the £40 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made on or after 24th August 2021 will NOT be refunded.
