The registration fee includes:
- Attendance at all conference sessions
- Entry to the exhibition hall
- Delegate bag and conference material
- Refreshment breaks and lunches
- All social events
The day registration fee includes:
- Attendance at all conference sessions on chosen day
- Entry to the exhibition hall on chosen day
- Delegate bag and conference material
- Refreshment breaks and lunch on chosen day
- Social event on evening of chosen day
Early Registration Fees
Please note: early registration fees are only available for those who register and make full payment before the early registration deadline. If you register and do not make payment by the early registration deadline you will be invoiced for the late registration fee.
Member Registration Fees
Please note that only IBD members with up to date subscriptions are eligible to benefit from the member registration fees. Please contact the society directly with any queries about your membership subscription: customer.support@ibd.org.uk
Non-members may click here to join before registering to take advantage of the reduced member rate.
Student Member Fees
To register as a student you must be a full time under- or post-graduation student and an IBD member. We may request further proof of your student status.

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering. Cards accepted are Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express, Visa Purchasing or Maestro.
Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing wdsc@in-conference.org.uk
Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers to wdsc@in-conference.org.uk
- Cancellations made on or before 9th August 2021 will be refunded less the £40 administration fee.
- Cancellations made on or after 10th August 2021 will NOT be refunded.
- No-shows will NOT be refunded.
Filming
By attending the conference, members consent to being filmed and/or photographed for WDSC purposes.
Visas
Non-EU participants may require a visa to enter the UK. To check if you need a UK visa please follow this link www.gov.uk Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email wdsc@in-conference.org.uk to request a letter after you have registered and made payment. If your visa is declined, we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.
Validity of Passports
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.
